Test methods and industry standards for well drilling rigs

This scale defines the functional test and production test method of the mechanical transmission well drilling machine.

This scale is used in conjunction with the impact well drilling rig (hereinafter referred to as the drilling rig) of the mud positive rotation, the reverse rotation and the positive and negative two-wheel rotary disc rotary well drilling rig. 

2. Test premise

3.1 The drilling rig shall be provided with maintenance and shall be in the delineated working technical state.

3.2 When functional testing, the drilling rig should be placed on solid, flat ground, and in a horizontal state.

3.3 The geological premise of the drilling rig shall meet the requirements of the drilling rig.

3.4 The main instruments and equipment sprees for testing shall be verified and qualified and shall be carried out within the effective verification cycle.

3.5 The test should be equipped with a well-known manipulation staff and test staff.

3. Normative reference file The provisions in the following documents are used as the source heat pumps on the terms of this scale, and all subsequent amendments to the date of the note (excluding errata content) or the revised version of the reference documents of the note date are not appropriate for this scale, however, the parties agreeing to this scale are encouraged to study whether the latest version of these documents can be used.

   Any reference file that does not note the date, the latest version is used in this scale.

4. Functional testing

4.1 Empty load operation test

4.1.1 Turntable, transmission should be low to high-grade each run 10min.

4.1.2 Various rollers operate 15min.

4.1.3 Check the clutch and brake operation when operating as required by 4.1.1 and 4.1.2.

4.1.4 Count and use the stopwatch to measure the speed or number of impacts of each turntable.

4.2 Rolling machine promotion capacity, derrick carrying capacity test

4.2.1 The test is carried out before drilling.

4.2.2 The load promotion of 1.25 times the proportional promotion force does not stop in 30s, three consecutive tests, observe the derrick (mast) should be significantly deformed, the hoist and brakes should be normal, and recorded.

4.3 System idea can be tested 4.3.1 The load of the promotion force is braked at half the maximum promotion height, and the stop sat 30s is reduced to brake at 2m from the ground to measure the braking interval.

Test three times in a row to take the maximum value.

4.3.2 The rotary drilling is promised to use a single rope and the corresponding proportional reduction of load for testing.

4.4 Road test of tow rig

4.4.1 Tow full load, measured with a car tractor integrated tester and a tape measure or stopwatch and a tape measure.

      4.4.2 The pilot projects include:

      a) Driving test: tractor traction, speed of 20km/h, 40km on cement or asphalt road surface, check the technical status of trailer;

      b) Brake interval, brake does not reduce speed test: according to GB / T4331 delineated implementation;

      c) Parking concept can be tested: according to GB/T4331 delineated implementation;

      d) Crew mobility test: carried out according to GB/T4331; e) Unit movement taxiing interval test: according to GB/T4331 delineation
